How was everyone's weekend? I am in Amsterdam and am here for a whole ten days so there is lots of Amsterdam based photos coming your way. In the meantime, Isaac and I shot lots of content last week at home on a very rainy day indeed. The weather has since turned to spring and I am loving it so much, but last week I had to showcase some Spring outfits from the confines of my flat... with the new mirror. I bought this mirror a month or so ago and it took a while to arrive. I LOVE it so much!! It's so much bigger than I imagined which was quite the shock when it came to moving it myself. It's really opened up the room and made it feel so different, and of course changed my mind on the thoughts about the amazing mirror that I talked about in this post. I am back to thinking a chair for that decision, maybe the swan chair for in front of the mirror? I am still thinking long and hard about what to put there. Anyway, I will do another specific blog post on that soon, in the meantime lets talk about socks and trainers. I have been loving socks and trainers throughout the winter, and also socks and brogues, and it's a look I wanted to carry through into the Summer too. It's so so preppy I love it, and white socks look amazing with a (fake) tan. I am mid way through testing basics for canvas trainers so these Novesta are part of that, the rest of the outfit is from Arket. The blazer I was recently raving aobut on Instagram and I do think it looks great and will be amazing for Spring, but out of this one and the black one I have from them, I prefer the black one.. the quality of material just feels a little better. The skirt is the sort of skirt I have been looking for a while. something quite smart and not super mini, and it has loads of buttons on it which is a great detail that I failed to photograph here. Socks are from Uniqlo who I think do the best socks and are always my go to for a new pair of socks.
